7-Eleven Canada Gas Bar and Tenant Improvements

About the project

One of several projects completed in Manitoba and Saskatchewan for 7-Eleven in Canada, this renovation of a busy store on Inkster Boulevard in Winnipeg saw CPI install a new gas bar including two fuel tanks with piping, dispensers and canopies, alongside a full renovation of the existing 2,740 square foot convenience store.

The project was completed within a strict three-month time frame with cost savings to the customer. CPI managed and coordinated all aspects construction including quality control, quality assurance, proposed necessary changes and close out procedures.
