Canadian Tire New Gas Bar and Convenience Store

About the project

This project for Canadian Tire and Parkland Fuels was the successful completion of a new convenience store and gas bar in Edson, Alberta. CPI delivered a modern commercial facility with high-quality finishes. The project included the installation of new fuel tanks, piping and dispensers, along with the construction of a gas bar canopy to enhance both functionality and aesthetics.

Throughout the project, CPI managed and coordinated all aspects of construction, ensuring strict adherence to quality control and quality assurance standards. The team proactively proposed necessary changes to optimize the project’s success and efficiently handled close-out procedures. The project was completed on time and under the revised budget, demonstrating CPI’s commitment to delivering reliable and cost-effective construction solutions.

The project is just one in a long list of collaborations between CPI and the Canadian retail giant. Since 1989, we have completed over 40 projects together, including new retail stores, gas bars, car washes, renovations, demolition and underground tank remediation and replacement.
