About the project

This newly built store in Humboldt, Saskatchewan encompasses 28, 665 square feet of retail space, and includes an attached Mark’s store, garden centre and automotive repair bays. The first full store build completed by CPI for Canadian Tire (CTC), the project team dealt with high water levels and cold weather to complete this project on time and budget.

Theis new store in Humboldt is just one in a long list of collaborations between CPI and the Canadian retail giant. Since 1989, we have completed over 40 projects together, including new retail stores, gas bars, car washes, renovations, demolition and underground tank remediation and replacement.
