Peguis First Nation – New Health Centre

About the project

The Healthcare Centre was developed as part of the response to Peguis First Nation Comprehensive Community Plan, which sought to measurably improve the health and wellness levels of Peguis people to equal or better to those of the general population of Manitoba. This included ensuring access to quality health care, programs and services.

Construction of this new 5,000 square foot building was completed on time and budget. It included new site services, concrete footing, piers and pads, substantial electrical and mechanical work, mobile file storage system, aluminum storefront and glazing, millwork, painting and finishes and landscaping.  Local materials, resources and labour was leveraged for this project with Peguis First Nation.
