Sage Creek Gas Bar, Convenience Store and Car Wash

About the project

On behalf of Shell Canada, CPI managed the construction of a new convenience store, car wash and gas bar, complete with site services and a surface parking lot within the new residential neighbourhood of Sage Creek in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The project team successfully coordinated all aspects of the project, ensuring strict adherence to quality control and quality assurance standards while proactively proposing necessary adjustments. The project was completed on time and within budget, meeting Shell Canada’s specifications for a high-quality commercial facility suitable for this growing neighbourhood.
