Starbucks Retrofit for New Store

About the project

Completed in 2021, this location is just one of the 14 locations across Western Canada that CPI has built for Starbucks since 2013. This retrofit project was the full-scale renovation of an existing 1,720 square foot space to create a new location for Starbucks Canada.

New gypsum board walls and ceilings were provided along with acoustical ceilings. All new millwork was installed, along with finished carpentry components. New ceramic tile floors were supplied and installed along with specialty Eco-Grip commercial flooring. All new paint along with special art features, as well as full upgrades to mechanical and electrical. Project was a full-scale retrofit of an existing space, including washroom facilities.
